exercises to manage stress and be more mindful

As I said elsewhere on the site- What you might want to do is, work with one or two practices shown below, for a week or more. Then have a private session with me to help you refine your understanding and deepen your experience of feeling calm and competent. This is the path that many people have already taken!

Stress management is all about learning more about yourself- learning how to slow down, and changing your habits and patterns of thinking. When you change the way you think, you will change the way you feel. Excessive thinking leads to an experience of stress. Take part in the exercises and little by little, over time, you will definitely notice yourself thinking less and feeling happier and more at ease.

Think of these exercises like learning how to play a music instrument. You might feel awkward at the beginning, but if you continue to practice, you will get better and better, and eventually you will feel really good with the results you are achieving!
